Unexpected find on an unalluring part of Dundas. Crossing the threshold takes you through an unpromising exterior into an intimate space filled with colourful Vietnamese inspired decor with an amazing soundtrack. Staff are friendly but not intrusive. Food was amazing. The most fun and vibrant restaurant I have been to in a long time. Highly recommend .

Food was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best ribs I ever had. We also tried the jicama salad (delicious), birria tacos ( amazing flavor but not too fan of the broth … I also understand they are adding their twist) … the duck was sooo good and the skin was sooo crispy ❤️ (not fan of noodles but my boyfriend is and he loved them).

Ate here on a snowy Saturday and was seated at the bar. It was a great spot to see how they prepare the ingredients used in their cocktails and talk to the staff about the food. We tried 4 of the small plates and the duck noodles. Everything was delicious, but the fish sauce caramelized chicken wings were my favourite, very well balanced flavours. Will definitely be heading back!

My partner and I came here for Valentine’s Day and were extremely impressed with the food, cocktails, and staff! The atmosphere in here is outstanding, and it was one of the best fish dishes we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Highly recommend the shrimp toast and steak tartare! Excited to come back and try more of the menu soon

We decided to go to Aisle3 for a Valentine's Day treat before they had even set up their V-day menu. So we had booked a table prior to them announcing their pre fixe set up for the night. We were notified about it prior to the day, and happily provided a deposit for it. However, there was no mention about the 20% auto-gratuity during that time. We still enjoyed the evening, the food and drinks were great (see below for specific dish break down), and service was pleasant. But we were surprised to be told at the END of the night that there was a 20% auto-grat applied to the bill. I understand restaurants go through a real tough and thin margin but I would've appreciated, what amounted to a mandatory fee, be announced upfront (as is fairly standard procedure). I also understand that it was a busy night given that it was Valentine's, but I was shocked to see auto-grat on a table of 2 compared to a different establishment I went to only just 2 weeks ago and we had a table of 7 (and at that establishment, the auto-grat was repeatedly announced to every guest before they ordered). It just soured the experience a tad at the end of the evening. But otherwise, the service was really nice and we had great interactions with everyone. Shrimp Toast - delicious, as expected per the dish name, no notes! Steak Tartare - very good, but I wonder if they could've kicked it up a notch with the herbs; nice touch on using prawn and rice crackers as the carrying vehicle. Grilled Lamb/Beef Betel Leaf Wrap - stand out of the night for us, the most directly inspired by a traditional Viet dish. Duck Noodles - duck was cooked well and the sauce was nice, I personally found the noodles a little soft, would've preferred it to be a bit more al dente. Special dessert for V night - the jasmine strawberry lychee panna cotta was great, really delicious.
