   We loved our valentine's menu and the wine pairing was fantastic. The wine pairing was a great deal. Our server Derek (??) was amazing. The whole thing was perfect!!! Incredible homemade pickled ginger, homemade wasabi (so different) and barrel aged soy sauce. Nice touches!!

   This was such a fun experience! Our server was VERY knowledgeable, gave incredible recommendations, and was very attentive the whole night. Our drinks were always filled, the atmosphere was so fun, the food was INCREDIBLE. I won’t stop talking about this place.

   Was kind of disappointed after all, the hype on social media ....was a little shocked that I was charged $4.00 to make an extra dirty martini. Server was nice.I did feel a little rushed though

   The service felt rushed, which set the tone for a less-than-ideal experience. While the ambiance and atmosphere were decent, the crowd leaned toward a flashy, ostentatious vibe, which wasn’t to our liking. The noise level was typical for the U.S.—loud and not conducive to conversation. The food was mediocre overall, but we were especially disappointed with the cod. Who cooks Miso black cod with cheese? It was an odd, mismatched choice that didn’t work at all. Sadly, this visit didn’t meet our expectations, and we would probably not go back.

   Such a beautiful Restaurant. And our sushi rolls made by Pae, were extremely delicious. Gyoza was fire too. Everything was great, and our Server was awesome.

   Lovely evening! Great attentive and informative service. Amazing fish and wagyu. Beautiful ambiance. So nice to have an upscale Japanese fusion restaurant in the city!

   Food was fantastic, cocktails were on point! Our server Rachel was excellent. Highly recommend the Inca Sunset roll, Wagyu Gyoza, Chaufa Fried Rice, and the Tokyo Flame to drink.

    I went to Aker with a date on new year’s eve 2024. There was a beautiful ambiance and environment, it is curated really well!! The host was really lovely, and we were seated promptly at a nice table. For drinks I had a mocktail that was super refreshing and delicious, my date had Sake. We are both gluten free and I was a little disappointed with the options available to us on the menu. We really wanted to try some unique and creative fish dishes, but there weren’t a lot of options for us. We had the crudo which was tasty, but not mind-blowing, and the citrus roll which was good, but again not superb. I think the server could’ve been more helpful, they came across as apathetic and weren’t very involved with the service. It was very rushed. We had a nice time but the service and menu don’t really stand up to the price, or ambiance IMO.
