                                                                                  Steaks were fantastic. Trent is one of the best servers in town. We also really enjoyed the Buffalo Lamb Chops, New Mexico Green Chiles, asparagus and garlic mash.

                                                                                  We were there with another couple for our Anniversary / Valentines Dinner. This was our first time there being new to the area. Everything was really nice and the atmosphere was great. Our only complaints was that our waiter seemed to be less attentive to our table and other tables that were seated after ours were getting catered to more. We have to verbally call for attention before they finally started taking our orders. As for the drinks, I ordered a mojito as first which had way too much mint and also extra tart. I then requested for it to be changed to a regular mule, and that also had a very heavy and strong amount of lime in it which made it undrinkable. Which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was great. We enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back again.

                                                                                  We had a great Valentine’s Day dinner at ALC Steaks. This was our first visit and we we recommend to someone looking for a great place to celebrate any occasion. My husband ordered the ribeye and it was seasons very well and the baked potato was tasty too. I had the sea bass which was excellent! It had a great smoky flavor and the spinach on the side was as delicious as well. We will be back.

                                                                                  Start to finish, ALC provided the perfect date night. The service was exactly what we wanted - attentive, never had to ask for anything, and also felt like we had the plenty of privacy and no interruptions. Thank you, Micheal. Drinks came out promptly and we started with the burrata and tomato salad, which was very fresh, along with ALC's complimentary rolls. We then ordered the 10oz filet and got it ALC style (peppercorn encrusted topped with blue cheese), with a baked potato and kebab grilled vegetables side. Everything was seasoned just right and prepared to our liking. We skipped dessert just because we finished every bite. Next time we'll go for the 6oz filet to save room for something on what looked like an amazing dessert menu.

                                                                                  Overall the dinner was just “Okay”, we waited at the host stand for quite a while before being greeted. The server was below average, we felt like an afterthought since we’re put put in a back room. We felt a little rushed to order dinner. The decorations were all over the place, one room had old guitars, another was just posters of cows.

Service was very good, they gave a nice touch for my wife‘s birthday with complementary steak seasoning and a complementary dessert. This is a great restaurant to visit for special occasions.
