   It was so cold in the restaurant we couldn’t enjoy our food. No one “had the “authority “ to turn the air off.

   Delicious food, and a great beer menu. Kind of a cool location above a market. Would love to come back on a weekend when it's a bit livelier. We went on Wednesday evening before a concert at Pine Knob.

   The atmosphere is so cool, from the market and huge liquor selection to the numerous experiences upstairs such as bowling, golf simulator with over 100 beers on tap Alex's is a must visit. The truffle fries and steak bites were amazing!

   Took an hour for 2 sandwiches and 3 kids meals and the place had like maybe 4 other tables. The food when we finally got it was subpar. I had the chicken shawarma sandwich and the chicken was so dry I had to drown it in garlic sauce just to choke it down. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and we had been waiting for an hour with 3 kids everyone was starving at that this point so we just choked down the food paid and left. For how much you spend definitely not worth it.

   Probably caught them on a bad night. Started with confused hostess, sat outside by 2 groups that were loud, server was trying her best but felt short staffed. Menu seemed decent. Food sat in pass a looooong time and became dry and overcooked. Neat place. Just needs to elevate slightly on service. Bartender did a good job.

   We made reservations for bowling and dinner to celebrate my son’s birthday. Got a bit of attitude from the hostess checking us in but our waitress was very friendly. Ordered the pretzel and app sampler to start - they were just ok. 6/8 of us ordered burgers and each of them was extremely dry and overcooked, even when I ordered mine medium rare. I mentioned it to the waitress, but she gave me a shrug and that was the end of the conversation. Husband said that the mens room was pretty scuzzy and was out of soap (which we informed the staff of but it was never refilled). Drinks were good and beer/tap selection was great. Overall the experience was just meh. For the money we spent, it did not meet expectations and we probably will not be back (for food, at least).

    Two guest: one dish, salmon with potato and mixed vegetables) was well presented, food delicious. The other dish a meal sized mixed green salad with chicken shawarma added: the salad looked okay but was bland; the chicken order (an addition choice) was dry, lacked flavor, not freshly cooked. Would recommend a meal here with caution.
