We were excited to try this new restaurant since Deer Valley is lacking in dining options in the evenings. The newly remodeled restaurant is lovely and the wait staff is wonderful. The owner came by to introduce himself to our table which was a nice touch. The menu is very limited, but everything we ordered was delicious. They were very accommodating on my gluten intolerance and made adjustments to the menu for me. Same goes for my daughter who in addition to gluten free, can't do diary. My husband really like the Chicken Schnitzel with fries. The fries were quite good. I ordered from the prix fixe menu. The soup, winter salad and short ribs were excellent. My only feedback is to have more gluten/diary free options and to increase the menu options. Also the prix fixe menu needs two options per category. The website needs to be updated to mention the non prix fixe options that are available.

Fabulous food! James has done it again! Deer Valley club location at Silver Lake. Food is stupendous.

This was our second time there this month. The meal was delicious! They curated a beautiful prix fixe menu. The cocktails and wine selection were also excellent. Having James and Andre Dumas and their team back in town is great.

Excellent addition to upper deer valley dining. Brand new so very limited prix fixed menu but owners are planning an a la carte menu. Most accommodating of our pescatarians when menu was short rib entree - brought out beautifully plated tuna entree and offered seconds on mains and dessert. Extremely nice people- get off Main Street and support them!
