   We had a wonderful meal tonight. Hanan was our server and she was exceptional . She had a great disposition and was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She took a family dinner photo for us and was just delightful. The food was delicious. The Amal hummus was amazing. We wiped the dish clean to enjoy every last bite. The beef tenderloin skewer was out of this world. The lamb chops were too. The kefta kabob was tasty and the chicken tawok were juicy and moist. We enjoyed some of their signature cocktails but were too full to indulge in dessert. Maybe next time. The music/vibe and scents in the restaurant were intoxicating. Worth going if you’d like a lovely place and fine Lebanese food.

   This is one of the most beautiful restaurants, the space is gorgeous and the food is always delicious. What is lacking is the service. Slow, inattentive, and even after the second or third time you find yourself flagging a waiter down…literally getting out of my chair and going to the hostess to find someone to wait on us….they just don’t get the hint. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a drink at lunch when the restaurant is half empty. If the course you order is going to take bit longer to prepare, they should tell you that when you order it so that you expect it…and maybe suggest an appetizer while you wait. We had the high tea which was wonderful but took forever…they said it was a “special preparation”, and it was beautiful, but there was nothing on it that was appeared to be made upon ordering, everything was something that has been made ahead of time…kibbeah, baklava, cookies…so why it took over 45 minutes to arrive at the table doesn’t make sense. They offered to bring us another platter of food which we would have loved (and been appreciated for the price we paid) but by the time we received our first serving we didn’t have enough time based how long it took the first to come to the table. This is typical of my other visits here. I love this place but I wish they would up their service game to match the rest of their offering. I will go back but with the expectation that I will be disappointed by the service.

   The food was great. The chicken shawarma platter was delicious. The dessert was nice, but not as good as the food. I ordered Turkish coffee but I could still feel the coffee not fully grained. We asked the waitress if we could switch it for regular coffee and she said yes. Amazing customer service. Overall 4/5

   A couple of apps were great, everything else was pretty bland. Service was spotty - our server was VERY nice but she would disappear. Took over 10 minutes for regular water to be poured after being seated and the drinks from the bar took even longer. The place is beautiful and the ambiance is awesome. If that’s what you’re looking for, then it hits the mark for sure. But not the place to go for authentic Lebanese food.

   Atmosphere was great but good is mediocre. Appetizers are good but main courses are not. Tried the lemons and fish….would not recommend

   The service especially stood out! That said, everyone was more than satisfied with their meal selections, and the mezze portions were larger than expected. Pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating as our group was larger than we originally reserved for.
