Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

Particularly the bbq octopus 😋 - the best we have ever had! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Tiramisu was amazing. Highly recommend. A big shoutout to Chris - amazing service!

                                                                                                                                          Our fav restaurant in Las Vegas for dinner and my happy place! We’ve visited 10+ times and will continue to return. The pasta rags are perfection! Other favs are the fried artichoke hearts, side of potatos and polenta mushrooms. My husband loved his steak too. My father in law said their chicken parm was the best he’s ever had. The spritzes are delicious. The staff are always super nice and helpful. If it’s not already clear, we love love this place.

                                                                                                                                          Was really looking forward to Amalfi as we came to Vegas to eat here! But alas, the food was just OK. Standouts were Focaccia bread and zucchini pasta. Crab meatballs ok, lemon salad lacking (too mushy) and burrata was lacking in flair. The Calabrian chili sauce nice but just a speck of pesto. We wish we skipped the appetizers and salad and went for pasta and possible seafood. Our recommendation. Our server, Michelle (?), was outstanding!!!! Good wine too, and nice atmosphere!

But the value vs. what you get just isn’t there. Amalfi is checked off my list of restaurants to try, but it is not one I would go back to.

We are big fans of spice, but the green beans were overly spicy to the point of being borderline inedible. The scialatielli was recommended by the server but it was extremely fishy tasting. We sent it back and they took it off our bill. The veal chop was tasty but again very spicy. The branzino was by far the best part of the meal. Perfectly cooked, and getting to pick out your own fish was a fun addition to the experience. However, overall we found the meal to be very overpriced for what we received.
