Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

Just OK for the money. This isn’t as good as Milos but just as pricey. Plus they don’t do table-side filleting and their selection of ‘Mediterranean’ fresh fish was limited and featured John Dori from New Zealand? Place tries to be elevated, it just left me wanting something more for the money.

Amalfi is one Of our favorite Las Vegas Restaurants… because it is a Bobby Flay Restaurant but because the food Is always sooo goood. Our server, Shelby was wonderful but this time I had the Red Snapper with the salsa Verde and my hubby had the Bronzino with the Calabrian chile pesto. But We started with the Charred octopus and the Amalfi chopped Salad and loved them both… and finished with the most amazing dessert… the Caramel Espresso Tiramisu. Everything was truly divine!! Most of all the service… Ask for Shelby.

Very disappointed in food. The pasta portions are so small. For $40-50 a dish seems like there would be larger portion. Not even what I would call a lunch portion. Flavor was bland and overcooked. One of our pastas was supposed to have shrimp. When it came out I think there were three of the smallest shrimp I have ever seen in the entire dish. Reminded me of the tiny shrimp that come in a can. Bobby’s quality has gone way downhill. He previous restaurant there “Mesa Grill” was much better. Server was excellent. Dessert was ok but way overpriced for what you are getting. We spent over $100 per person which is what I expected but I did not expect to still be hungry when I left. Will not be returning.

Great service and delicious food. Get the focaccia, especially if you get a pasta dish. Don't let that sauce go to waste. My only complaint is that the tables are too high for a regular person. I was sitting in a booth so it was hard to cut my food due to how high the table was.

We ate here for our 39th wedding anniversary. It was a good choice. Easy parking at Forum Shops Valet, escalator, and there you are. Nice people. Webusual eat to the food style when we go out, but we just wanted to taste Bobby Flays latest creations. Must try the Gnocci, their fresh baked Focaccia, and their green beans. All 3 of these made the trip worth it. They are magic. We had salad, and shared a perfectly cooked 24 Oz ribeye. Not as high of. Price as a lot of strip restaurants. $360 including tip. And 1 drink each.

Amalfi was a fantastic dining option. While a little difficult to spot in the maze-like casino, it's unmissable once found next to Omnia! My partner and I had the Squid Ink Fettuccine and the Chicken Parmigiano. Both dishes came out fantastic, paired with Foccacia bread and a side pasta dish. The portions were well sized, not too much, not too little, however be sure to double check pricing before opting into various menu items; my side pasta ended up being $20, and I may have reconsidered adding that to my menu. For dessert, we ate the caramel tiramisu and pistachio ice cream sundae. both are portioned to share, so no need to get multiple unless you really want to try different ones. Service was the best i've had in ANY dining experience, everyone was kind, attentive and seemed like they genuinely wanted to be there.

Bobby Flay’s Amalfi restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. One of the features is you can go and pick out a “fresh” fish from a selection of fish on ice of what you would like them to cook like red snapper, flounder, etc. Well when I went over to the selection it smelled like old fish, fishy. I do not know what was the fishy fish so I rejected getting any of them. The salad and appetizers were great. I sent back the bread because it was cold on the bottom (probably a big mistake) because they really screwed me over on my main dish of squid ink pasta with lobster. Dish was cold and the pasta was way under done. Did not send that back because I think they would spit in it. My daughter’s gnocchi was great. The tiramisu tasted like a pudding cup.
