Refined dining experience at a great value for lunch from the Positano business lunch menu, which includes a 3 course meal. The expertise of the chef shines through in the details of the flavors served at perfect temperatures. The branzino is a personal seafood favorite, and today’s serving compared favorably to those on the Adriatic coast for a bargain price. Lunch here is so pleasant, without any rush, noise, or large parties. The outdoor patio is cozy and shaded nicely.

This restaurant undoubtedly deserves a 5-star rating for its excellent food and outstanding service. However, I’m giving it 3 stars instead, and here’s why: 1.Overcrowding & Congestion – It seems that extra tables were added to accommodate more customers, making the space uncomfortably tight. Moving between tables, especially to reach the restroom, was a challenge. Given the high number of guests in such a small area, there might even be fire code concerns, though I’m not an expert. 2.Inappropriate Cleanup Timing – Stacking chairs while guests are still dining—especially around 10 PM—creates an unpleasant and rushed atmosphere. 3.Noise Level – Due to the overcrowding, the noise was overwhelming, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. While the food and service are top-notch, these issues significantly impacted the overall dining experience.

This is obviously a very popular Italian restaurant and it's for a good reason. Everything is outstanding. Try to get a table in the main dining room. But wherever you are seated it's an amazing dining experience.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Houston. The Primizia salad, salmon and the tartufo for dessert were all divine. Exceptional server and staff.

What happened to my favorite Italian restaurant? Calamari was dreadful, doughy and tasteless. Salad was blah. Saltimboca veal was tough, salty and tasteless. Veggies like cardboard. Had an argument with barkeep about not putting ice chips in my martini. No Barolo wine. I guess after 8+ years, I will resign. Restaurant usually packed on Thursday night, but barely 1/3 full. Owners on vacation or maybe its been sold?
