    One plate came out cold and so it was returned. The rigattoni were hard so we were not sure how fresh the pasta was. Also asked for extra parmesiano cheese and I honestly feel like they gave me extra kraft dinner type cheese. The pizza was good. Was not so impressed overall. I came in from Montreal looking forward to taking my family, whom I haven't seen for months, to this restaurant to enjoy a dinner after a ballet performance.

    Some dishes were tasty, some were very bland. Way too pricey for what they are serving. Service was terrible, it took one hour from the moment we sat down to the moment we got our mains.

    My partner and I dined here for dinner and were both pleasantly surprised to have had our expectations far exceeded. Food was 10/10. I ordered the duck and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had, I could eat it every night for a week straight and still not tire from it. Our server was kind, informative and helped us to finish our night off with a couple of tequila shots. Great ambience, service and dining. Will definitely come back!

    Amano was amazing! The ambiance was very cool. It was pretty crowded but our server was attentive throughout the meal. And most importantly, the food was wonderful! We got the arancini and focaccia appetizers to share, I got the mushroom tagliatelle and my husband got the braised short rib entree, and we finished with the tiramisu and pumpkin panna cotta for dessert. We loved everything and didn’t feel ridiculously full when we left. We will definitely go back next time we’re in Toronto!

    Great food. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly service. Not rushed, quiet, comfy seating, clean bathrooms. Would highly recommend. Food was fresh, hot, well made, and well presented.

    The best short ribs I’ve ever had! The server was friendly, attentive but hung back to give us space to talk. The ambience was lovely. Soft lighting, pretty and nice lively chatter. Definitely will be back!

    My first time eating here and will definitely return. We did however find it quite noisy and the background music was unnecessary because the ambient noise pretty much drowned it out.
