   The waiter was excellent. The service over all was good, but there was some lag time to get our main dishes out and we got there early. That to me is something that needs to improve.

   Amaya is a rare gem. Fine dining in an elegant setting, with a low noise level that allows for undisturbed conversation with your dinner companion. They have a nice selection of classic French cuisine menu items. Our food was expertly prepared, beautifully plated, and every course was delicious. Our service was impeccable. I compare the experience to A.R. Valentien (which is currently closed for remodeling thru March 2025).

   During the pandemic the food Quality and service suffered a bit and I didn’t go to the restaurant for a period but have they come back and then some! Will be coming back a lot more frequently, especially since I live around the corner!

   Our server disappeared. Took 2 1/2 hours for brunch! Odd. And then the front desk didn't know how to add points to my All Accor account. We were in no hurry, but really strange service.

   I was extremely disappointed with the Santa brunch. There were no breakfast options for kids, which is shocking for a family-friendly brunch event and I had to request it off menu. The service was slow, and the staff was rude. To top it off, Santa didn’t even come around to visit the tables, which was a major letdown for the kids. As for the food, it was terrible. The chilaquiles were completely bland, and the overall quality did not justify the price. It seems like you’re only paying for the festive decor because everything else was subpar. Save your money and skip this event—I do not recommend it at all.

   The place is beautiful. The 3 course brunch menu sounded good but the only thing that was good were the pastries. The service was friendly but very slow and unattentive. The food is very overpriced for the quality.

    Our server was terrible. I had to get myself water four times throughout our brunch experience that lasted over two hours for a preset three course menu. Of which, one of our menu items did not come with the full portion. It was supposed to and the waiter told us that they didn’t have any more so they just didn’t give it to us. I would never return to this place if someone paid me to do it.
