   We had the best time. The food was insanely good! Everything was really intentional and well throughout out from the flavors to the cocktails to the dish ware! A fabulous night! We felt as if we were not dining out but rather at an experience:)

   Great dining atmosphere, beautiful finishes, and loved the old and new look of the space. All staff was excellent. We had the lemon risotto for a starter, prawns, tempura with hummus, short ribs, filet, and carrot cake. We enjoyed every delectable bite.

   I honestly love Amelia Gene’s and have been 3 times so far. This last trip was a little lacking in the service than previous visits only in regard to availability of silverware for the table and drinks coming at odd times. Our server was fantastic and once we had all ordered, did not stop by every 15 mins to check in. I appreciated the fact that she allowed us the time to converse with each other while also being knowledgeable about the menu. The food and presentation was a bit different from my previous experience, a little less special than before but still worth the drive and money. Please do visit, Memphis needs great hospitality and restaurants to succeed and this is one of them.

   Amelia Gene’s was amazing for New Year’s Eve dinner with my family! We had the prawns, potato fondue, filet, short ribs, and sweet-and-sour monkfish—all perfectly cooked and so flavorful. My dad tried the cheese cart and absolutely loved it, which was such a fun and unique touch. For dessert, the carrot cake and chocolate cake were next level. The whole vibe was cozy but elegant, and we’re already planning our next visit!

   Amelia Gene’s is exactly what you’d expect from the first impression (for me, that was Instagram). I’d been wanting to visit since they opened last year, and they did not disappoint. Everyone was incredibly kind! I’ve never been to a restaurant that felt so much like being surrounded by my closest friends. They made my birthday unforgettable. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warmth and love. Memphis truly has a gem here! I hope they never stop being so gracious and exceptional. Southern Hospitality at it’s finest!

   Tried this place for the first time last night and couldn’t be more impressed. Valet service was easy and convenient. Cocktails in the lounge area while we waited for our table were top tier. Our server MK was absolutely phenomenal and had great recommendations. We had the biscuits, prawns, short rib, and duck. This place is 10/10. We are from Nashville and would put AG up against anywhere back in Nashville. We will definitely be coming back anytime we are in Memphis!

   For sure this is the “premier “ restaurant in the Memphis area. Service is immaculate, food is beautifully plated and the flavors will wake up your taste buds and make you smile. Chef Nate is a master in the kitchen and Jessica navigates the dinning room making sure you’re well taking cared of . Amelia Gene has became our favorite restaurant to enjoy great cuisine with family and friends . I highly recommend you visit and enjoy this gem in downtown Memphis .

    Our second time at Amelia Gene's for a holiday celebration dinner. The food was again excellent. We had the sea bass, the filet and a pasta. We will be returning.
