   From the moment Barbie greets you to the great service Trip provides, the quality of Amelia’s makes a special experience. Ambience is enhanced by the striking paintings and other art. Great cocktail menu and the bartender can deliver on special requests. We ordered sea bass and ravioli. While we waited (not long) Barbie took our Christmas Eve photo. We finished with the most to-die-for chocolate pie. We will return again and again.

   Beautiful restaurant. Observing woodfired kitchen was phenomenal. Pear salad might be a new favorite - every flavor was delicious. Main courses are flavorful and tender.

   We had the flatbread and hummus as an appetizer, which was absolutely amazing. I also appreciated the wine suggestions for the main dishes, and those wines being reasonably priced. The one I had was $12 a glass great atmosphere great food.

   Amazing experience overall. We had the chef counter and got to watch the work in the kitchen unfold in front of us with a little bit of interaction with the chef as time permitted. The food was amazing - homemade sourdough, roasted carrots, salmon was tender, flaky, and cooked perfectly, and short ribs - very tender. Depth of flavors throughout This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in some time.

   Excellent as always, and a great way to celebrate my husband's birthday. We shared the Hummus and Octopus appetizers and the Elk loin with a superb bottle of Cote Rotie Amelia recommended. We can't wait for the next time we get to celebrate.
