   Another 11/10 experience at Anima, brought some friends visiting from out of town & blew their minds with some of the best items on the menu. Scallop crudo, gem lettuce, sprouted cauliflower, gnocchi risotto, just to name a few & topped off with top notch dessert. Do not skip. Joe runs a great place!

   Absolutely my favorite LV restaurant! Interesting menu, every dish is perfection, the service is next level, drinks and wine list are superb, ambiance is comfortable and cool. Bring friends and come hungry so you can try all the wonderful things they offer.

   We celebrated our anniversary here. The ambiance was intimate. The food was exceptional. The service was wonderful. Overall, we were very impressed with this restaurant. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to the entire Anima staff for a perfect celebration!

   Consistently the best in the Area including the Strip. Food is done with exquisite detail. My addiction to the Green Tartare is excessive. Its just so tremendously put together. I rank it among the best dishes I've had any where in the world. Guy Savoy, El Bulli...its just that well constructed and executed. I would like to see more non-alcoholic beverage options, they have the bar talent obviously. They should maximize it. Do not miss the smoked Hamachi if you are a fan of raw fish. The hanger steak is excellent as well. The servers are a murderers row of talented and experienced professionals. Highly recommended after 5 visits over the last year.

   This was one the best NYE dinner we’ve been to and I would definitely recommend for a date night. Service and food were incredible.

   Excellent dining experience! The food we ordered was overall very good! A little disappointed in the Catalan olive oil bread with tomatoes. It was flavorless- it was like they forgot the sea salt.. such a bummer because the server raved about it.  I can’t say enough good things about the smoked Hamachi and beef carpaccio…it was amazing. Both of our entrées, the bucatini and the Branzino were excellent as well, along with the crispy Brussels. Such good service, always bringing fresh silverware and plates, folding our linen napkins, answering questions, great suggestions on drinks which were also good…etc. but did have to wait quite a bit for our second cocktail, but they were very busy as this was New Year’s Eve. Overall experience was excellent! Highly recommend!

    amazing experience. everything from the host at the start of dinner to every single plate ordered, servers kept coming back to check on things attentively, and everything was insanely tasty. five star experience!
