   The Pork Belly Mac and Cheese was a big disappointment. It was virtually bland noodles in heavy cream with slivers of pancetta hidden throughout. Almost inedible. At $22, I expected the dish to be on par with Ocean Prime’s Black Truffle Mac n Cheese at $19 or Double Eagle’s Lobster Mac at $26.

   The atmosphere in the Ritz Carlton Hotel's historic Girard Building is sophisticated. The food at the Aqimero Restaurant is extraordinary. Our server, Lamar, met all our needs and gave us excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable experience.

   Overall experience was wonderful. The valet service, the ambiance, the cocktails, wine, and food were great. Our waiter Lamar was very knowledgeable, attentive, and experienced. Highly recommend the experience. We will definitely be going again.

   The experience at Aquimero has always been amazing . This year the food was not up to par compared to last year. The ambiance and the service was excellent. Looking forward to next year!!!! Happy new year.

   While the place is beautiful and the food and service very good, I did not learn that we had no reserved seats for NYE until 2 days before the event. The price was high for no seats and not being informed of that before purchase was misleading at best. Also no dance floor and elevator type music ensures we will not be doing this again.
