   This was a very disappointing mother's day breakfast. Not only had I been asked to come later as they were behind on their secondary business (takeaway platters) but the platters themselves were being made up inside of the restaurant all around the customers there for the restaurant. This is a secondary business, separate to the restaurant. It was such poor form, boxes and tissue paper everywhere, no table settings, stacked chairs all around, staff only working on platters and ignoring customers. I was embarrassed for having taken my mother there for what I was expecting to be a nice breakfast. We will not be coming back, and I suggest that the owners do not sacrifice one business for another if they expect to remain in business for both.

   Initially the area / Bench we requested was not reserved for us we had to ask the staff as there was others there. Bench was not wiped clean from previous people I had to do it. The food was ok when it made it out think they forgot our order. maybe bad day as we have had better experiences at Ariels

   They didn’t have the booking No menus - had to find them at other tables Had to ask for water Getting served was slow but food was quick

   Found this place to be very slow in service. While the staff worked hard, they had little concept of process and inefficient overall, our coffee came quickly but it was a slow wait for other items ordered. It was not a positive experience for us! Hope the new year is good for them.

   It was fine in the end however the place / seat we requested was not reserved and we had to wait for someone to finish to sit where we requested. When i pointed this out to the person behind counter they said oh i didnt know someone was there. Would think if you reserve a place then they would put something there to reserve for your time?

   A great variety of food and no question was too difficult to answer. Terrific outlook to the beach and wonderful staff.

    I went in for a birthday breakfast, it was my second visit and I was giving it a second chance since Afield in Warrawong is great. The food still looks dry, it didn't warrant the charge, it didn't look like it was prepared by someone trained. The ingredients were fresh but my egg and bacon roll was cold, the bun not toasted which was dissapointing. The other Ariels are much better.
