Where 'Couture meets Cuisine', Armani/Aqua restaurant, offers an exceptional event experience with aqua’s dual culinary specialties – contemporary Italian and Japanese - right in the heart of Central business district.

The exquisite 6000 sq ft room seats 180 for dinner or 300 standing guests for cocktails. There is a lot of flexibility to divide the room into discrete sections for smaller parties.

The elegant 'Crystal' private dining room seats up to 10 people and with dramatic views over Central is an impressive location for lunch, dinner or daytime meeting.

Our team can assist with Audio/Visual, technical and stage production making Armani/Aqua an elegant and flexible stage for an event that impresses.

Central is always expensive but this is a little overpriced. I had a sashimi combo and my friend a set bento, plus a bottled water and a couple coffees. Bill came up to over $1200. Service was very average. I asked for a quiet table for discussion but ended up in the middle of the room. Don’t go back or recommend anyone to.

Just Brunch is not as expected. Less customers than expected; atmosphere not lively. Need to promote more for Sunday brunch. Aqua at No 1 Beijing Road is much better. Manager Petrella is very professional.

Went for Sunday brunch. Food quality was just not there as salad was wilted and fruits were mushy. Sushi and sashimi was fresh though. The mains were also not varied enough (tempura, beef cheek, grilled beef and pork) all very heavy and none of which was cooked particularly well. The place was quiet though and we sat in a comfy booth, only about 10 other tables there. If you prefer quiet rather than the hussle and bustle of Zuma then maybe you’d like this. Service was good though but something needs to improve in the kitchen if they’re trying to compete for the weekend brunch crowd (or they need to lower the price given buffet options were much more limited compared to Zuma).

Frankly good location good service. But just we got two hairs in the miso soup. I mean if it's normal retail restaurant fine. I don't expect restaurant with such price range got hair in soup. Not a complain. I did not tell guys there as no point create pressure to staff or chef. Still some room for improvement I believe

On the whole I think Armani Aqua is a great place for causal business lunch or get together with friends in Central, both the service and food are good. The only problem I find is the noise level during the lunch hours, it tends to be a bit much at times. I gather the atmosphere would be quite different for afternoon tea and dinner.

I was not impressed simply due to the fact that I became ill after dining at the restaurant.Subsequently I can not & will not recommend the establishment.

Cena di Capodanno ottima con un menù fisso di livello ad un prezzo accettabile, vista l’occasione. Non essendo grandi bevitori, abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di poter ordinare il vino al calice, senza doverci necessariamente adeguare alla (costosa) selezione di vini proposta in accompagnamento al menù, certamente più adatta agli appassionati. L’ambiente è elegante e il servizio buono, l’unico “difetto” se così si può dire è che il locale è completamente al chiuso senza alcuna finestra o sbocco esterno. Comunque un’ottima scelta per trascorrere la serata di Capodanno in trasferta: con un piccolo sovrapprezzo (circa 20 euro) era anche possibile accedere all’attiguo Armani Privé per il “conto alla rovescia”. Menù misto Italo/giapponese, speciali gli gnocchi al tartufo bianco, anche se in porzione da assaggio.

Don’t go there in group if your friend might leave early. They don’t provide complete set menu if someone have to leave earlier.
