   This has become my go to restaurant for lunch or dinner when I want a rustic look yet upscale decor and well-prepared food. Selections are varied from salads, sandwiches, appetizers and entrees, but all with a contemporary or unique twist. The Hummus platter was beautiful to look at and delicious. Vegetables, greens, pita triangles, plain hummus and beet hummus were artistically presented. The Caprese sandwich on crispy roll was appreciated vs. a sandwich on plain ol’ bread. No skimping on portions for any selection. This restaurant fills a unique niche in the Sarasota restaurant scene.

   We had such a beautiful Sunday brunch! Brendan was so friendly and attentive. I had the crab and onion tarte and let me tell you that it was absolutely delicious!!!! So light and delectable. That tarte will be calling me back as well as the beautiful ambience and people. Everyone loved their meals. This is such an amazing addition to our community!

   We had booked counter for a party of 5 as that was all was available. Hostesses were very nice and offered us up a table. Unfortunately, we were located by the garage doors that roll up and it was very cold. We had to keep our coats in the entire night. We said something but was told there were heater issues? We had the whipped feta and the sticky ribs and both were great. Ordered the smash burger, linguine with shrimp, bistro steak and short rib special. The food was fabulous and will make sure we go back.

   It was our first time and it was mostly good and with a couple of improvements, it could be great. We were seated in the back and it was not noisy at all! I think it's possible it would be more noisy up front. Our waitress was great. Drinks were good. I ordered the apple fennel salad and I think the dressing was too sour (guessing lemon) and could have used a little sweetness. The ingredients were great but the dressing needs to be better. Portion size was very good. The smoked trout was excellent and the salmon was also very good, but its sides were so-so. Boiled potatoes (ho hum) and the zucchini was just ok. Other than that, we liked the place and will try again.

   Very nice restaurant. Good selection, nice service, and not like every other place. Especially nice before event at VanWezel.

   Good atmosphere, and good food wether you are sitting at the bar, outside or inside. Friendly staff and service was a bit slow at times but it was busy.

    Lovely restaurant with noise level that varies depending on where you sit. We had several excellent cocktails with the tasty loaded hummus appetizer. For dinner we had the pasta special, lobster roll, duck, and pickled pear and burrata salad with tempeh. We tried three desserts, and all were delicious. Service was good but not outstanding as we had to ask for water and drink refills and the waiter mixed up one order but he was nice.
