   No one was there to see us. No one was there serving food. No one was in sight to talk to whatsoever. There were other parties that were seated and they said no one attended to their table. So there was a group of about 10 people that left.

   We had a lovely visit to the rooftop of Hilton where this restaurant is located. It's mostly bar snacks, and drinks. The staff were awesome and friendly and everything we had was great. The tables aren't covered so not always rain safe, but at the bar itself it's covered, and they do have a handful of sun umbrellas that can block a light rain. The view of the church next door is really great, and they also had a DJ until 9pm.

   We have a reservation and the table wasn’t ready until 20 min later. The servers never came to our table and we been waiting for a while to order and then we wait 1 hour to get that food. They don’t have a plan b in case if rains. Need to fix to customer service a lot.

   We had a lovely romantic Val's Day dinner atop the Atelier Rooftop Terrace. Service was friendly and professional, food tasty, but the view and the lighting around the deck and the pool were magical. Will return next time in PR.

   Oswell was amazing young man. The drinks were perfect. Service was outstanding. We at at the the restaurant downstairs and it was perfect. The views were spectacular

    We had reservations and when we arrived to the rooftop we were surprised that it did not seem as if you needed reservations. People just came in and sat on their own. They had small bites which were very good. It was interesting when we were there we checked Open Table for open reservations on the rooftop and it said they were fully booked all night which might explain why it was not busy. Bartender, Isaac, was an excellent bartender who made great drinks and was very pleasant.
