Atlas Restaurant – named after the epic mountain range that spans the North West of Africa – pays homage to the regional cuisines of Morocco. An intimate room, with only twenty-two seats, is warm and inviting for groups large and small.

This cuisine presents a rich tapestry of spices and herbs – textures and tastes. The regional variances of their cuisine is as vast as their topography and Chef Doug Penfold tries to present an honest and deferential interpretation of this food.

Complementing the food is a thoughtful list of wines and spirits from the great vinicultural regions of the world. The complex cuisine of Morocco allows us to explore Old and New World selections alike, and allows us to enhance the experience through compelling pairings and non-typical offerings.
