   Steaks were delicious although mine wasn't cooked as per the order. The hot bread and blue cheese / butter was amazingly good. Service was terrible. Our server was Marina who was always in a rush and inattentive. She forgot our drinks and wasn't present with us throughout our evening. No smiles, no greetings, clearly lacking the skills one needs to work in a steakhouse or fine dining restaurant.

   Dining experience was great. Best asparagus I have ever had. Baked alaska was wonderful.

   mussel & clam as hot starter, portion is good for two to share (for small eaters) , ordered whole sea bass. to my surprise, it was de-boned, grilled perfect with meat still moist. dessert on the house to celebrate anniversary. Overall very impressive for the 1st visit. Will put onto "will-go-again" list.

   Our server was excellent. We were celebrating our son's birthday. They comp'd the dessert which was nice. Will be back. Food was delicious.

   Ambiance is always great esp with the live music playing. We found the food to be good but not spectacular. It could be because it was the dine out Vancouver deal. The wine pairing was a great add on. As for the service, it was terrible from the beginning like our server was so upset at us but we didn’t feel we did anything rude since she was instantly rude. We had a large group and everyone from the left to the right of the table felt the service was terrible. Of course, we are forced to tip for “great service” having a large group so this was very disappointing. I feel this should change for the industry. When the food was served to us by another person, it was a huge breath of fresh of air since he was much more pleasant. She assumed we wanted 1 bill for 5 couples and seemed very disappointed we wanted it split up. Told us it would be 10 mins. I’ve seen Cactus Club do this pleasantly and much quicker. Hopefully ATLAS corrects this bc people like her shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry.

   Making a reservation weeks ago, I didn't expect to be sitting in the bar area of the restaurant, where talking over the table was made difficult over the noise level and piano playing. One of two of the steaks ordered needed to be returned, twice. The management did remove the two glasses of wine ordered at $20 per glass. A ridiculous amount of money for a cheaper malbec, so the removal was a nice gesture.

    I'm satisfied overall. It's also a place that I often come to. But this time, the server's service is all good, but it seems to be in a hurry. trying to get the order quickly or talking frantically of course it's not a bad feeling but it was a little disappointing
