   Loved the happy hour drinks and munchies. Prime rib was excellent Much better value and food than at the Keg

   We made reservations but couldn’t sit down to our table until after 15 mins of the reserved time, the whole family arrived on time though. Food quality was just so so, we were expected higher on Tomahawk steak because of many good reviews on this dish but it was very very chewy, not worth it. To top it off, foods came very very very slow that we had to wait for over an hour for our main courses after appetizers which it’s unacceptable. We spent more than 3 hours for this dinner. To be fair of this review, our server was good, slowing on foods delivered was not her fault actually.

   Didn’t feel like our server wasn’t as good as our first experience, the food was great of course. The noise level was so loud. Not once I could hear what staff were asking as walking by our table. We wanted our grand kids to experience it. My husband wasn’t happy with the server as well.

   Great experience, really nice restaurant and helpful staff. Went the extra mile to mark our anniversary. Food is pricier than others but the quality reflects the price, top notch. Only slight critique, the one TV by the entrance takes down the class / ambiance a little with random flashes of commercials and whatever is being shown. Great experience highly recommend.

   The service was extremely bad since we arrived starting with the hostess up to the server. They were extremely rude and snobbish and made it seem as if they were doing us a favour. We left right ater a few appetisers without ordering our wine and dinner as we felt very uncomfortable and disgusted by their attitudes. They will never see our family or friends again at the Burnaby location. We were a family of 4 and they did not give us a bigger table after mutiple requests, but gave a booth to a couple right beside us. - that was the hostess. The server was very arrogant and rude rigjt from the beginning when we asked a question about the cocktail. We were told "whatever you read in the menu is in it..." But when the cocktail was served, there were different ingredients in it wee had asked about. When we told our waitress that we will not be ordering any dinner but leaving soon, she got us the bill. They did not even bother to ask us what went wrong or tried to find out the reason we decided to leave all of a sudden. Our experience at Atlas and a celebration was completely ruined by the disgustting attitude of the staff.
