We ordered margaritas—they were well made, a good drink to start. Service was excellent. Tapas— ceviche was tasty but lacked any spice; ham croquettes were good but lacked any flavor of ham. Meatballs were small but excellent-4 for $19 seemed a bit pricey. Patatas bravas were smashed fingerlng —very good. Dessert of ekmek was light & delicious. Overall—-good, not great.

Aunt Bernie’s is mine and my husband’s go to spot for a Wednesday or Thursday night, mid week dinner. Everyone is always super friendly. We love the ambiance. I crave the ham and cheese croquettes constantly.

Had an exceptional meal at Aunt Bernie's. Loved the variety and flavours. Service and whole experience was amazing and memorable. Definitely hit up happy hour! Would love to return when we visit NYC in the future.

My lamb burger was good with cheese, served on a brioche bun and a small side salad. I thought $29 for it was a lot. My husband ordered the regular burger. His came with fries and cost less. The tomato and onion slice on each plate was nicely presented. We sat in the bar, it was soooo loud. If you want to converse, this is not the place.
