Aunt Jake's was founded in 2015, as the company set out to replicate the idyllic, simplistic cuisine we grew up to enjoy. However, we wanted to create Italian food for the “next” generation. The idea was to develop an Italian concept around the customer’s choice of how to eat pasta compared to how the restaurant wanted you to eat it. With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. The customer can mix and match sauce with shape and create a custom dish of their own.

    The experience was so fun! We loved learning how to make pasta dough and different shaped noodles. Then we got to the 3 course meal and really loved the spicy vodka gnocchi & the ice cream sundae. I definitely would recommend this experience!

    We had a great time with Anthony at our pasta making experience! The "cooking" portion of the evening is just the right amount of time - and a mix of fun and educational. We were totally blown away by how much food we got for dinner - and the generous amount of pasta we got to take home! Staff were friendly and helpful. Note that you will be in the class portion from about 8-930 and then eating, so if you are going to get hungry before then, have an appetizer before heading over!

    Anthony and his crew where phenomenal hosts I recommend this class to any and everyone who wants a night out and a fun activity. Also the food was amazing. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

    First time taking a class, it was so much fun! Easy to follow, everyone was very friendly and accomodating! The food was amazing. Will definitely be back for dinner again!

    Loved the pasta class, excellent and funny instructor. Made it simple to follow. Then we were immediately seated and the appetizer came out. What ruined most of our 1.5 hour dining experience was the fact that we were seated next to windows (which seem to open in the warm weather) so the lots of drafts coming in and we were shaking after appetizers. There was nowhere else to move to because it was super tight with the other patrons. It’s a tiny restaurant. They kept apologizing for the tightness (but that must be how they make their money by packing in as many bodies). After appetizers we put on our earmuffs our puffy winter coats to eat dinner and dessert. It was awful. But food was delicious! No complaints about that. Came out hot.

    Great teacher—lots of laughs and hands on guidance! Great value for the price with quality food and large portions! Fun atmosphere for Pasta Experience guests to get to know one another.
