   Great service, amazing food. A little pricey. I love it. I’ve been here about 4-5 times and I make a reservation every time I’m in Orlando.

   In making my reservation 1 whole month in advance as well to mention in my reservation that it was to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I had hoped to experience the ambiance of the restaurant but unfortunately was seated at a round table that was in a corner where I had a view of the bar and door. To add injury to insult having acknowledged by the hostesses and server whom asked if it was I was our first time at this establishment and that we’re celebrating a birthday was extremely disappointed. Including to have been approached by another person from the bar to come over to the inconvenient seating to make unnecessary remarks. So I don’t see myself returning to this place ever again and will be voicing my experience on other platforms, Overall Highly disappointed with our experience !

   Wow! Food was amazing! We only ordered appetizers and enjoyed them all. The service was probably the best I’ve ever had. We sat at the bar before dining and three of the bartenders checked in on us - and it was a busy night. Once we were seated, our two waiters were so attentive. They are doing things right at Ava. I was very impressed.

   Exceptional across the board. Food, service, ambiance, and attention to detail was seen in every way possible. Weekend brunch with the DJ was a great vibe! Can’t wait to come back

   Everyone was so close to each other no privacy what so ever. Place was way too loud more like a club. Ended up walking out

   We had a reservation for 9:00 PM for a special birthday dinner for my wife. We live far from the restaurant and made sure to arrive by 9:13 PM. However, we had to wait while the hostess finished assisting another customer. When she finally came to speak with us at 9:16 PM, she informed us that our reservation had already been canceled because we were past the 15-minute limit. Although the food was excellent and our server was fantastic, we were very disappointed with how the receptionist handled the situation. She did not offer us any alternatives other than sitting outside or waiting for at least an hour. This was especially upsetting because we were already in line to be seated before 9:15 PM. Due to her lack of flexibility and communication, we were unable to sit in the main dining area, which impacted our special occasion. While the meal and service were great overall, the experience left a sour note on what should have been a memorable evening.
