   Nice concept and some good dishes but generally the flavours and the spice was very similar throughout all the dishes. Desserts nice.

   We had a fantastic meal, the flavours were outstanding, every course was beautifully presented and explained. The staff and service were great. I would definitely recommend a visit even if you’re not a vegetarian, you won’t be disappointed.

   Avatara is a sublime experience with the play of intoxicating flavors, scents and visions of beauty. One feels as a guest upon an enchanted oasis. Every accommodation to the slightest distinction in diet is treated as an opportunity for distinction rather than a lack. It is a sanctum of culinary invention with rare and familiar flavors elevating the experience of vegetarian dining to its pinnacle.

    Each dish is a work of art with subtle and delicate flavors. The only downside : the wine pairing does not match the finesse of the dishes at all, a big effort is needed in that regard.
