Dubai’s first and only all-vegetarian degustation fine dining experience. Also caters to vegan and gluten-free diets on request.
The menu is inspired by humble seasonal ingredients, that are pure, clean, natural, and energy-containing. The cuisine uses fresh produce and dairy products from local farms. The restaurant is driven by the culinary maestro, Chef Rahul Rana, who has a rich background in curating vegetarian and patisserie concepts in culinary arts. The menu at AVATARA will showcase a modern avatar of the techniques, philosophy, and story of soulful Indian food. Indian cuisine was originally predominantly vegetarian. However, the perceptions around vegetarian food have been that of limitations. The idea is to break through these perceptions and curate a unique vegetarian fine dining experience.

    What an amazing fine dining experience! We were reluctant because of the portion sizes and the ‘creative’ approach to food. But Avatara chefs did not disappoint in the least! Thank you for an amazing experience.

    Most beutifully plated food, eaten first with eyes, and then those carefully crafted dishes left us yearning for more. Each course was a complete meal in itself telling the story of a rasa, tingling different taste buds. An experience must have and one will leave with a hangover for sure. Staff is superbly trained, courteous and knowledgeable about finest details. Thanks for this molecular gastronomy journey.

    variety in the dishes was not much, try to infuse north Indian, and the way of presentation was almost similar to the everything,avartana by itc is way much better

    The food was beautifully presented but the sauces were quite similar to taste. We had the 9pm sitting and unfortunately there was only one other couple there so the restaurant was very quiet and lacked atmosphere.

    Nice concept and some good dishes but generally the flavours and the spice was very similar throughout all the dishes. Desserts nice.
