   It took them three times to get our steaks the correct temperature. It shouldn’t be that difficult to serve a steak at medium temperature, especially at that price point. We decided to have our anniversary dinner here tonight and the meal was less than desirable. The manager and our waitress brought a nice anniversary desert which was nice, but at that point our dinner had gone down hill pretty fast. I was really hoping for a better experience after hearing so many people say how great the food was. Hopefully it was just an off night.

   I had high expectations for this place with so many great reviews. It was average at best with above average prices. Service was extremely slow but it was not super busy on a Sunday evening. We were sat on top of other 2 tops on the long bench type seating against the wall although normal tables were available & empty the entire time we were there. The couple sitting with us (joke) made a comment about that too....we did make friends , LOL. My husband's drink was never refilled, our waiter was barely seen, it took 2 hours to get our main entrees for the two of us, 15 minutes to even have our drink order taken. The tenderloin in my beef very stringy and rough for that cut of meat. Our waiter knocked the salt shaker off the table at first arrival, picked it up, put it on a dirty table, but never brought a new one. It was my birthday & would have liked to order dessert but my butt hurt from being there so long and I was scared it would take another 45 minutes to order its, get it, and pay the bill. We spent $400 for the two of us before tip, that was with one cocktail, and it just didn't feel like that amount of special compared to other similar places. Never once was anyone in management seen or did any manage come by table to ask how our meal was going.

   Food was on another level, service was over the top excellent and the vibe was all you would want it to be. Such a fun place!

   7:15 reservation, not seated until 7:50. Menu is kind of boring. Service was great though

   Waited 30+ minutes to get seated with a reservation. Steak was cooked blue rare (even that might be generous) when it was ordered to be medium-rare. Tried a couple non steak options, have never had such bland unimpressive food at a “high quality” restaurant. Only redeeming quality about this place is the decor.

   B&B sets the standard for a proper steak house. Everything from drinks, to service, to the quality of food is top notch. You'll pay for it but it's worth the occasion.

   B&B Butchers is one of our favorites, and our food was phenomenal, as always. B&B just does it right! Service was outstanding as well. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and our waiter and the manager were very attentive. They took excellent care of us throughout the evening. I highly recommend B&B Butchers for a high end night out.
