Muy malo el servicio. Pedimos unos “drinks coquetos “ y nunca llegaron, pedimos más de 5 veces limones y nunca llegó !!!! Lo mismo con las salsas , etc ….. no volvería a este lugar .

Our dinner at Babin’s was great. The food was superb as well as the service. The bar prior to dinner had drink and appetizer specials which nice. This month , for members, they have 1/2 off oysters and they were very good

Vanessa was our wait person. She is an experienced, friendly and fun server. We had fried shrimp, the fried seafood platter and stuffed flounder. All were very good. And the giant bread pudding! Hats off to manager/event planner Caney.

Well, I am overly disappointed in our most recent Babin's experience. 1. I made a reservation for six at six o'clock several days before our arrival. My husband and I arrived about 10 minutes before and you'd have thought our reservation and/or our need to be seated was a shock to the hostess/host. It took three people putting their heads together to come up with a table for us. 2. My fried shrimp were way over done while the French fries and onion strings were positively soggy. My husband had the Stuffed Founder which was good, but the dirty rice too dry. Our table of six had only one loaf of bread for the six of us; we requested another loaf and butter which was delivered with our food, but that was consumed quickly and never replenished. 3. Once we received our cocktails and wine, the waitress never offered to refill our water glasses although we all ordered another cocktail and glasses of wine. My husband and I spent well over $100.00, but walked away regretting our decision to celebrate his 82nd birthday at Babin's.

We ate there for HRW and it was very good. The only disappointment was that we were both looking forward to having the bread pudding, but they had somehow ran out before 8pm on a Saturday.
