   Overpriced. Not worth the $79.99 pp lunch price. Quality of food was poor. Dry. Some tasted like leftovers from previous day, esp the Asian food section. Bad service. Slow response from waiter(s). This place used to be the best buffet in Vegas. Somehow, quality has gone down the drain.

   Every time we come to Las Vegas, which is twice a year, we eat at the Bacchanal. It is a special treat for us. I know it is pricey but the food is great, service is great.

   We have been going to Caesar's Palace and various iterations of their buffet for decades and Bacchanal has been declining in the last few years. Their weekend crab buffet has been pushed to start at 1pm, which means dealing with long lines even WITH a reservation (it took us 45 minutes to get through the line and we showed up before our reservation time). They say that people without reservations are in a separate line, but there were parties in front and behind us that did not have reservations. Once we were seated, our server came once to take drink orders and one more time to clear a round of plates and we never saw her again. No drink refills and we had to start stacking plates on the table (we saw similar issues at other tables). Sure, the crab is good, but the rest of the food is just slightly above average and I'm just not convinced it's worth $80 when you factor in the wait time and poor service.

   While we enjoyed ourselves at the buffet, the meat was all overcooked and dry. There wasn't a big salad bar unfortunately, but other options were good. The service was outstanding! The noise level was high and at times made it difficult to hear conversations. It was good, don't get me wrong. But I guess with the high price I expected it to be something....more?

    There is a lot of food to choose from but the quality of the food is poor. Not worth the money. I will not be back. With the hordes of people they push through, the poor service people can’t keep up with the messes on the tables and on the floor.
