Bacchus is a locally owned, family run business, dedicated to serving delicious cuisine and excellent wine.

Our Head Chef, Tobias Vanderbilt, believes in using the freshest in-season produce from local suppliers, ensuring that only the best ingredients are used to create that perfect dish for each and every customer. Tobias is passionate about classic cuisine, putting his own contemporary signature twist on every dish to truly create an unrivalled Beaconsfield dining experience.

We believe in catering for all dietary requirements and can tailor our cuisine to suit your needs, whether it be a food intolerance, or if you are vegetarian or vegan. Our unique and ever changing seasonal menu will keep vegetable, meat and fish lovers coming back for more.

    The Beacon Bistro welcomes larger parties, functions and private dining. The premises is ideal for sit down functions of up to 50 people. Buffet and canapè parties of up to 80 can also be accommodated, including disco facilities as an option. Larger parties within our dining room can also be managed, including private areas and tables of up to 16 people. Alfresco private dining up to 8 people is also possible, with a deployable 4 by 3 metre awning in case of summer showers. The Beacon Bistro is fully licensed until 2am Friday and Saturday.

    The food at Bacchus is exceptional and authentic. It is cooked fresh and with extreme care. The service was excellent. Booked by chance and would definitely go back.

    Very good small bistro serving a small but well chosen valentines menu. Main linguine dish needed some more chilli but apart from that a good experience Great host !
