For larger parties, Chef Saif Alomari creates an indulgent four course menu featuring salads, pizzas, a main course, finished with a delectable dessert. Everything is served family style. With advance notice, we are always happy to accommodate vegetarians, gluten-fee diners, and other guests with dietary preferences when writing your menu. We'll work with your group to pick wines and cocktails. $20 per person deposit is due at booking, which will be credited to the bill. We also require a minimum spend of $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity).

We've been coming here on a monthly basis since moving to the neighborhood and they just don't miss. The flatbread, salads, pastas, wine list, and pizzas are outstanding, as is the service.

Celebrated my friend's birthday here. The food was very tasty. The standouts included the kale salad of all things and the buratata pizza. The hot honey pepperoni was also a win in our book. We tried the pana cotta and Gelato for dessert, and I'd recommend both. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Food and service at Back to Back are excellent. The pizzas are very tasty with quality ingredients, but the bottoms are a big soggy, but still delicious. Their entrees are superb and their salads are incredibly great and innovative. This is a great neighborhood place..

Such a gem, we stayed in Nob Hill and wanted somewhere close to walk to. Back to Back ended up making our entire trip. The kale and kohlrabi salad, the potatoes and wood fired pizza were amazing

This was my second time dining at Back to Back because I loved it so much the first time—and once again, it did not disappoint. The bread, arancini, and Brussels sprouts were all delicious, and the pizzas were absolutely phenomenal. (We went all in and ordered the Snob Hill, Salsiccia, Burnt Leek, and Hot Honey—every one was a hit.) Our server was warm and accommodating, and the timing of each dish was spot-on. I also really love the ambiance here—it has that cozy, vibrant energy that reminds me of a great spot in NYC. Back to Back is easily one of my favorite places to eat, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.
