The waitress was excellent service was excellent but the food we had the bake in n egg sandwich but there was a $2.50 up charge for the egg which came with the sandwich. I don’t mind paying it but let me know upfront or change your prices on the menu . We also have the double grits, bacon and cheese. The grits were warm and they were very very stiff. I had the chicken and waffles. The waffles were good but the chicken there was some red still left on the bone. I was not satisfied I saw the owner on Guys grocery game and I was in Philadelphia so that’s why I wanted to support this business. Maybe it was because it was the brunch menu and you were limited. But the chefs in the kitchen that day did not make me want to come back.

The food I had was okay. Our server was terrific and the place is very nice and relaxing. It was ridiculously expensive. If I go back, and I may, I won't order any drinks. $8 for a small bottle of mineral water . The non alcoholic drinks were pleasant but too pricey. My $100 bill for chicken nuggets and mac n cheese with smoked bacon was crazy. ruined the whole experience.

I believe that the restaurant needs to have proper advertisement around when the kitchen closes. Me and my date arrived around around 6:30 for our reservation and I believe the hostess told us that the kitchen was closing and if I knew that was the case I would’ve went to a different restaurant, but there seems to be miscommunication between the bartender and the hostess around the kitchen being closed in addition to that but Open table does not disclose that the kitchen was closing at 6:30 either. The host said if we had called they would have told us that the kitchen was closing early but apparently the bar was gonna be open until 9 PM. This is a Sunday. The presentation of the restaurant is a 10 out of 10 far as experience and food it’s not so great.

I wanted to love this establishment. Unfortunately, it was lacking a lot, the presentation of 1 of the entrees was dry, bland, it looked the order was for a child. They had no decaf coffee, they offer two potato sides only one was available. I thought I would been “wowed” by bacon, my thick cut bacon at home is better.

The food, service, and atmosphere were very nice. However, the price of three eggs was ridiculous: $19 plus an additional $2.50 upcharge. I would recommend the restaurant, just be prepared to pay.

My 1st time at Bake n Bacon after trying to get here since they opened and I can say I’ll definitely be back! I’ll start with this, if you’re there with a group the Pork Board is a must!!!! Like must. Don’t think about it, just do it. The ribs, the burnt ends, the pork belly my good food gawds! Now the millionaire bacon could’ve been cooked a little more for my liking. While we were assured it was cooked to temp, I don’t like extra chewy fatty taste as much, myself. But that’s just my preference. They have a nice variety of cocktails on the drink menu, I’ll recommend The 2019 & The Butterfly! Very nice flavor profiles. A few other must try’s are the buffalo cauliflower (just the right amount of kick and not too much breading), the bbq fried shrimp and the Caramel bacon burger. Go here, eat well, then just do all veggies the next day 😂😂😂 On service, I’ll give them an A+. The general manager was nice and hospitable along with very attentive service from our server Khalahari.
