If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions.     The $18.00 salad I had was nothing more than 1/2 head of lettuce with a little corn and beans sprinkled around the edges. A small container of dressing on the side.

    Server was awesome. Attentive but not overbearing. Filet was cooked perfectly and delicious. Sides could have been a little larger, each one was on the smaller side but all yummy. Tried lobster Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and street corn. Yum!

    I hav been this restaurant couple times but last two times I been I don’t like where they sitting me first light was top of my head and second time they trying to sitting me the door and there was other tables open and I ask her can I sitt other table she take me better one but if this happen again I will not going again period.

    The restaurant is amazing. The service was impeccable, but unfortunately, my Seabass was not cooked all the way through but would definitely go again. My husband steak was awesome. The bread appetizer was delicious.

    The food was great, but found a sizable lobster shell in my lobster pappardelle. Let our server know and they did nothing. Shouldn’t ever find a shell in an $55 dish… All other food and service was great.

    We were sat by a large group who were hosting a murder mystery dinner party. They were loud and constantly walking around. We had difficulties hearing each other at our table. The waitress even had difficulties hearing us. The servers seemed to be waiting a lot for the dinner party people to get out of their way
