One of the best places I’ve been to. Every dish we had was delicious and you could definitely taste the quality of the ingredients. It’s amazing that they’re doing all this while being responsible with the environment. The service was very attentive and the ambiance very chill and cozy. Super fun to try all the non alcoholic drinks they have in the menu.

Cocina con un enfoque en el mejor y más sustentable producto de Mexico con fermentos que le brindan una profundidad a los platos difícil de encontrar en otros lugares. Muy buena carta de bebidas con vinos naturales, mezcales y tequilas de pequeños productores y bebidas fermentadas sin alcohol hechas en el lugar.

Muy bonito el lugar, la atención al llegar y por parte del personal súper bien. Bebidas ricas, comida equis. No se siente que recibes lo que pagas.

El servicio por parte de Josué y Samu fue excepcional. Nos explicaron la historia del restaurante, su filosofía y en qué consistía cada plato. Los sabores de los platos fueron toda una sorpresa y desde mi punto de vista ningún plato bajó del 9 sobre 10. Además, fui con mi esposa a celebrar su cumpleaños y nos obsequiaron con un cóctel de la casa gratis. De los mejores restaurantes que puedes encontrar en CDMX. Recomendado 100%.

Baldio es un concepto de restaurante que tiene raiz mexicanas. El atmosfera del lugar es impecable asi como el servicio, el menu estuvo satisfactorio en general creo que todavia falta afinar algunos platillos.

The food was a bit off for us. We sent the fish back, it tasted bad/old. The chef said it was “cured” and it was normal. The pork was 10/10. Service was really great.
