   our server was amazing and service was all done in a timely manner. Didn’t feel rushed and the ambiance was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

   Unfortunately the service was not great and it was so loud that we couldn’t talk or the server could hear the orders. Also the desserts were not great

   This was my second time at Balos, also hosted a large dinner in their private room here last year. All I can say, any time after 8 pm they have no less than 10-20 people waiting in line to use the restroom. Insane. Won’t return.

   Birthday dinner! Waste of money. Spent over $700. Aggressive waitress. Poor customer service. Uncomfortable seats. The chairs were hard. Nice vibes. I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money for your private event or someplace else.

   Service was amazing. Ambiance was great. DJ and live music made it tough to talk but it was a nice twist. Very clear to see why this restaurant is popular and becoming a staple. Hope you all enjoy.

    Had a 7pm reservation. Was not seated until 815pm. Team was extremely apologetic and provided comp champagne and apps to apologize for the wait which was grateful appreciated.
