   Amazing restaurant with the kindest staff and the most amazing food! They took such good care of my family of 5. Next time we are in Mexico City, this restaurant will be the first stop on our food tour!

   I was sad to see the menu changed and not for the better. We missed the corn butter. The tuna for the tuna tostadas were tough, and the tostada was stale. And the new pork confit was a poor substitute for the old one from the previous menu.

   The food was outstanding except for the ravioli and chips and guacamole. I would have given the food a 5 if it wasn’t for those 2.

   La verdad no sabía que este hotel tenía esta oferta de restaurante en modo bufete, esto me encantó y si recomendaría mucho que lo visitaran ya que tiene una vista increíble al Ángel de la Independencia! La atención de los meseros es excelente y el ambiente muy acogedor. Gracias BALTA !

   Para una cena navideña, no hubo decoración general, excepto en las mesas que tenían un par de detalles muy agradables en el centro, todo en tonos blancos. El restaurante es más bien de ambiente serio, con mayoria de extranjeros, y había que caminar alrededor de 40 a 50 pasos para ir y otros tantos para regresar del bufete. El servicio muy bueno, la comida excelente, para amenizar, hubo un violinista que tocaba en vivo, pero tal vez por la transmisión inalámbrica se oía distorsionado, con cierto ruido molesto en las bocinas más alejadas del lugar. Hubo una situación muy desagradable con el aseo de los baños de hombres, a las 22:30 que entré a ellos. Al parecer no hubo limpieza por algún rato y en lo personal me toco tratar de usar 2 gabinetes que realmente causaban repulsión. Yo se que los baños dicen mucho de quienes los usan, pero más de quien debería limpiarlos con frecuencia. El restaurante no cuenta con ninguna cortesía para el estacionamiento del hotel, que es caro. Lo recomiendo mucho por la comida y el servicio, pero no quedé con ganas de regresar, por que siento que descuidan detalles claves para una experiencia placentera e impecable. Ejemplo: pedimos una bebida llamada Paloma Balta que nos gustó mucho, y al pedirla por segunda vez, venía preparada distinta, la primera con romero la segunda con una rodaja de naranja y orilla escarchada... Por supuesto que esos detalles se los hicimos ver al capitán y mesera, a lo que muy amables ofrecieron cambiar de inmediato la bebida. En resumen, algunos pequeños detalles, echan a perder lo extraordinario que puede ser la comida y el servicio de un lugar de tan alta gama.

    Excelente lugar y con vista expectacular. La atención muy buena y solo en la comida falto un poquito, pero en general todo muy bien.
