   Overall was a good time, new staff messed up one of our orders which is understandable. Gave us a free dessert as a compromise. Found it a bit expensive but also understandable

   Banff Social had inadequate staff on hand the night we dined there. I felt sorry for the one waitress, who was clearly doing her very best, but struggling to serve every table in the restaurant. The food was decent but barely warm by the time it arrived at our table. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

   Service was terrible food was OK, waited upwards to an hour for our food. We ordered linguini and a bison burger. Not thrilled

   Server was great. Salmon entree was great. Cheese cake great. Wine choice great. Made reservation but did not seem to be too busy (Friday evening @ 6 pm)

   First time in Banff. Glad we came here. Lots of choices on menus for our picky family. Will be back definitely

   Off the busy Main Street we reserved a nice table at this restaurant. Quickly greeted by a friendly server and seated upstairs. There was nice wine choices and for Banff better than expected wine prices. Food was very tasty. We enjoyed the Baked Goat cheese & Brussels Sprouts,Bison goulash with perrogies which were a nice touch and a Double Patty beef burger with tasty toppings. The menu was different than the usual Banff restaurants. If you are in Banff or Canmore, stop by and enjoy yourself!

    Great experience. Service was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Bison Burger is was amazing.
