   Each time we dine at Bansho we come away raving about the service and food. Larry and team are natural hosts and make an effort to engage with all customers. The food is next level and the wine list is exceptional. Last night in particular for my daughter's 21st, the team made our night memorable with small touches that make this now our go-to for special occasions.

   Lovely ambience and Gr8 to have food that’s not the same as everywhere else. French/Japanese fusion makes for a very interesting menu, and the presentation and taste sensations, textures and plating made for a gentility not scene elsewhere in the area.

   The food and service at Bansho is always on point! Delicious food which is presented beautifully, and there's a wonderful selection of wines available.

   The food here is exceptional and so is the service. A combination of French and Japanese that brings out the best of both cuisines. The Chicken Mousseline Roulade red wine jus, kombu dashi béchamel, potato mille-feuille is a great example of this. They also have an excellent wine and sake list with a good selection available by the glass. There is a good choice of bottles of wine well under the $100 mark. The menu is a combination of starters, entrées and mains plus a whole page of sushi and sashimi (including plant based sashimi) . I would go back again just for the Dobin Mushi (Japanese clear broth serve in tea pot, prawn, chicken, shimeji mushroom & lime. The music level is spot on and it is so nice to go to a restaurant where you can talk to friends without shouting. The staff are wonderful and you can tell they really enjoy working here.

   The ambience is great, service hard to beat anywhere, and food delicious! Only downside for me was portion size. Maybe best suited for patrons watching their waistlines. Otherwise, a thoroughly enjoyable evening!

   The food was amazing, the staff lovely, however the actual service so far as timing was abysmal. We were constantly waiting. We had to ask for everything from food menus, drinks list and then waiting for a server to return to take an order- had practically finished our main when our wine arrived! So unfortunately we decided against dessert as the waiting was definitely souring our night. They’ve been open I think a year now, so these sort of issues should have been sorted by now.

   Everything was fantastic. The service was fantastic. He had a lovely happy attitude. The food is outstanding and the ambience lovely.

    Bansho delivered an absolutely amazing dining experience. The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were so unique. The wine list was expansive, and fitted all budgets. The prices are a little bit high, but they are entirely worth paying for what you receive. The service was impeccable all night long, the staff were attentive and kind, and willing to listen to us talk their ears off. Bansho has immediately become a favourite, and I’ll be returning as often as possible!
