   Everything was delicious just wish our server would’ve told us the kitchen was closing in order to get some more food, other than that highly recommend for a cute little dinner date

   We definitely over-ordered. But everything was so delicious! Wish we could have taken a box, but we were going to a show and that wasn't an option. The only issue we had was we wanted some of their "hot drinks" and they were completely out of glassware, which was odd. Don't sleep on the Chicken dumplings, they were AMAZING. Also we had the short rib noodles which the meat was so tender it was failing apart Soooooooo good. Will definitely go back

   Dining here for a girls birthday dinner was a royal experience from start to finish! Management treated us like VIPs, and our server Caleb was the star of the show, going above and beyond at every turn. We truly had the time of our lives!

   While we enjoyed our experience and are glad we visited Bao Brewhouse, we did find the service a bit lacking. We did not know where wait staff was when we needed something, and the food was sporadic when it appeared. We made comments to each other about the loud music and noted that the crowd was mixed -- not young or old. One of the women in our group commented that we should have been dancing as we left because of the prominence of the beat. While we enjoyed the food, we chose this restaurant with the belief that there would be some gluten free choices and found that to be limited. We loved the salt and pepper shrimp and the spicy noodles with ribs. Our visit got off to a slow start because while we had reservations, we had to wait to be seated because we didn't know our group had to be complete. The host did not communicate instructions to let him/her know when everyone had arrived.

   I have to admit, my previous experience with the Tea House upstairs was when it was closed and I enjoyed my meal downstairs. I was excited to go back with friends, because it's such a beautiful space. But MY GOD, the ridiculous house music and volume level was enough to make me never want to come back. Why? Why so effing loud? In a restaurant that is billed as a "tea house" no less?

    We LOVE Bao Brewhouse. This is one of my TOP 3 favorite restaurants in Denver!!! The food is always soooo good & the service is consistently great! Caleb has waited on us a couple of times, and he’s wonderful. Love the atmosphere, decor, vibes and music. It’s energetic, and the music is upbeat. My 9-month old baby took a 30-45 minute nap while we ate in the Tea Room during our most recent visit, so it isn’t THAT loud. We love it here! We have been at least 6 times and will DEFINITELY be back soon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
