About this restaurant

  • Great for outdoor dining
  • Neighborhood gem
  • Great for creative cocktails
An eclectic menu of hearty, classic bistro dishes crafted with New York flair. Think: A hearty Wagyu French Dip, topped with mozzarella and a creamy horseradish au jus, served on a perfectly crunchy baguette; or the Lobster Frites, made with luxe Maine lobster; the Bolognese Blanc, with freshly made rigatoni in a luscious white wine sauce, topped with wagyu beef ragu and parmigiano reggiano; or the innovative Caesar Salad with Fried Cream Cheese Croutons, which takes a classic Caesar and modernizes it with the flavors of that New York staple – the everything bagel. The star here, however, is the over-the-top Angie Chop Martini, a thinly pounded, breaded pork chop redolent of butter, lemon and red wine vinegar, topped with hot peppers and parmigiano reggiano imported from Italy.

Bar Angie is a beautiful spot with a cool vibe. It has a chic cocktail lounge feel. This was my first time for dinner. The food and service were both very good. I loved the garnishes for water. It was a nice touch. The only negative was that the noise level was intense. It was a little stressful for dinner. I felt like we were yelling to each other. I will be back for drinks though!
    Bar AngieResponded 1 day ago
Thanks for the feedback, Roxanne! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your first visit to Bar Angie and found our cocktail lounge vibe to your liking. We're also glad that you appreciated the garnishes for our water. We apologize if the noise level was high due to the crowd. We appreciate your understanding and hope that won't happen on your next visit. Looking forward to serving you again soon!

Such a cute restaurant but it could be so much better. It is way too loud, it ruins the cute and well thought out vibe and decor. Way too pricy for the service.

The food was good, but not quite worth the price—there was nothing particularly memorable. The lobster rolls were solid, and the steak sauce was a highlight, but overall, the pricing felt out of sync with the vibe of the place. Service left room for improvement. I ordered the Greek martini, but the olives weren’t even stuffed, which was disappointing. Drinks were just okay. Overall, I’d give it a 7/10.

We had an amazing experience here! The food was fantastic. My favorite was the crab rangoons and the burrata flatbread. The manager Esan was extremely attentive and made our experience. With that being said we had two other waiters taking care of us while it was crowded so we always had someone checking in. Would definitely go back!
