Chicken vol-au-vent and icelandic cod were both excellent. Had a quiet dinner on the well heated and insulated patio. Always a great meal with excellent service.

Fabulous experience at Bar Bouchee to celebrate my birthday! Sat at the bar to enjoy great service with a peek of the kitchen. Started a perfect boulevardier then oysters and duck confit which was perfectly delicious - the skinny potatoes with the duck were so good! Great meal!

Our first time at this restaurant. We were seated promptly upon arrival in the patio section, which was warm and pleasant despite the cold weather. The appetizers, cheese tray and meat tray, came out quickly and were enjoyed by all. All enjoyed the main courses from the regular menu. Everything was as we heard it would be, and we will return the next time we are in Madison.

Great food, excellent service. The tables were a little close together so it was too easy to hear our neighbor but not too bad. The coffee was excellent too. Overall a great place for a nice dinner.
