bar ellis or BE as we like to call it, will be open for dinner, late night bites, drinks and live entertainment! We'll be featuring local musicians as well as comedy nights and all kinds of fun events on the weekends! Chef Bill Wampler will be creating a delicious menu with classic comfort food, offering options from appetizers and sandwiches to steaks and seafood! And of course, his delicious desserts! We'll have something for everyone, including a thoughtfully curated vegetarian and vegan menu along with signature cocktails and mocktails! bar ellis will be home to two bars, a rooftop patio, and an outdoor alley for seasonal seating! All within a cozy, two story, historic building on the square in downtown Noblesville!

Located directly behind bar ellis is the Levison Parking Garage. It is free to park for up to 4 hours. Take the south alley out of the parking lot and just a few steps away, it will lead you directly into bar ellis! Street parking is also available throughout the downtown square as well as another parking garage on the opposite side of the square, at the Hamilton County Parking Garage. I had a filet that tasted like propane. I learned that they charboil there filet and if I don’t like the flavor I can request it to be pan fried. The waitress was great when I told her how it tasted, the chef even agreed with what I described. However, they took the filet off the bill and offered to get me another entree. I had expected that to also be taken off the bill as the filet was that bad and they charged me for it. I believe in order to make it completely right, they shouldn’t have charged me for my entree. They did provide a free dessert which was nice and delicious. I will give them another shot.

We made a reservation and got a quiet corner high top upstairs which was nice! Service was very good, our waitress was always pre bussing to keep the table clear. I’m pregnant so I tried a mock tail called the Queen BE and it was delicious. My fiancé enjoyed both of his cocktails, he ordered the Yes Chef and the Salted Carmel Espresso Martini. Definitely try the rangoons! The sauce they come with is to die for! The entrees we got were the French Onion Dip sandwich with fries and he ordered a side of asparagus. I order the become wrapped pork with maple bacon mashed sweet potatoes and a house salad. All of which was so yummy. Overall great experience!

Bar Ellis is a great addition to the Noblesville dining scene. The food was great and the service was excellent. We look forward to making this a regular stop.

My husband and I along with our son and daughter-in-law dined at Bar Ellis last night! It was the first time for all of us and we had an amazing evening! Nick was a great server and gave us some excellent suggestions on appetizers and entrees. We shared the crab stuffed mushrooms and the charcuterie...both excellent. For entrees some of us had the Beef Stroganoff, French dip sandwich and the Chicken Milanese! All of us loved our meals. When dinner was over we headed upstairs to enjoy some live music and the oatmeal cake which was delicious!! We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back!

Our server, Alex, was quite personable. We had the crab rangoon, coconut shrimp and edamame, all delicious! The Blood Orange whiskey sour and Spicy Pomegranate Mules were fresh and new. Thank you Bar Ellis for bringing great food and service to Noblesville.

Bar Ellis was outstanding! Great date night atmosphere and vegan options that were unique, delicious and thoughtfully presented. The vegan sticky toffee pudding is a MUST!
