   We arrived early and was greeted by the hostess. We checked in then proceeded to the bar. We had a drink and an app while we waited for our table. Bar staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our table was ready in time the only downside was the table was in a back room area not the main area which was not good. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu. Our food came up promptly and was very good. I don’t know how they can make the back area nicer but I would be specific next time when I book not to be seated in that area. Overall the experience was a very positive one and I will definitely be back !

   New Years Eve dinner was early, only times available on OpenTable were 5pm or 9:30pm so we went with the early one. The place was dead for the whole time there, and we took our time, so not understanding why in between times were not available. We would have stayed longer and went to the bar if there was any action. Food was good, pizza a little soggy for my liking but the meatballs and zucchini fritti were delicious as well as the italia salad. 6:30 or 7pm would have been better timing as that is when we left and there were still plenty of table available.

   Service was very good. We ordered family style and tried about 8 different menu items. A few were just okay but everything else was very good. The spicy vodka sauce was the table favorite and worth going back just for this.

   Excellent food. Our server Jackie was great, super attentive, and made good recommendations. The place is very nice. What I did not like was the noise level. They should work on their acoustics. We will go back for sure.

   Fantastic service! Amazing food. Able to accommodate for a significant gluten allergy. Beautiful atmosphere! Will definitely return.

    If Bar Italia wants to be considered an upscale restaurant, they should stop having kitchen help walk to the table and ask, "Who gets the fish, who gets the chicken?" Sounds like an Applebee's to me. Our kitchen person asked and he still gave us the wrong dishes. You should number each seat and have our dinner placed in front of us correctly. Very low class option that you are using.
