   I recently visited Bar Reyna in Yorkville, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! First and foremost, the service provided by ABC was outstanding. They were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and helped us navigate the menu with some fantastic recommendations. We ordered a few dishes to share, and I’m so glad we did! The Lebanese Tacos (especially the chicken ones—don’t miss them!) were absolutely delicious, and the Salmon Tartar was bursting with flavor. The Reyna Salad was also a standout—it was fresh, light, and packed with taste. Everything was served promptly, and the portions were generous enough for two people to share comfortably. If I had to mention one small negative, it would be the seating arrangement. We were seated at the back of the restaurant, which I believe is a patio space in warmer months. While the space heaters above us provided some warmth, by the end of our meal, I couldn’t feel my toes! That said, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience, and I would definitely recommend Bar Reyna without hesitation—but perhaps save it for the warmer months when the patio is at its best! Overall, I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Thank you, ABC, for your incredible service. I’ll be back when the weather warms up!

   Great ambience, delicious food, excellent service. A trifecta. The room in the back has great ambience, but in the winter the heaters are on, so dress light or in layers! If you like a cooler room temperature (which I do), sit in the front. Both areas have a lovely atmosphere.

   We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. We were seated in their back area which is normally a patio. They have heaters but it’s not enough. It was very cold. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks. We then asked to be moved. They did move us to the upstairs and that was an improvement. Our dinner arrived very cold. The manager was helpful and apologized. She gave us a credit. Overall a disappointment for a special evening.

   Service was rushed with 4 reminders that the table has a two hour limit. No follow up on drink orders or food quality. Service at the front door was limited which meant people standing with the door open while the wind blew through the restaurant.

    Happy hour is a great value. Excellent spot for sharing a variety of tastes. We loved everything we ordered. Service was a little slow.
