Waverley Station can be reached in about 5 minutes by car or taxi (10 minutes on foot); it is close to the Princes Street shopping area and Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill are both around 15 minutes' walk. Bar Soba’s trendy interior, with graffiti-covered walls and long wooden benches, exudes a contemporary charm. The restaurant also organises regular live music events to keep its guests entertained. Bar Soba offers the vibrant street food flavours typical of Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan and other parts of South East Asia. Set lunch and pre-theatre or early supper menus include a delicious sampling of many of these cuisines, while the à la carte is composed of a variety of tasty dumplings, curries, salads, burgers, wok-fried and chargrilled dishes.
