Barrel House offers a unique farm to table experience in downtown Sausalito which celebrates local seasonal ingredients and sustainability in a beautiful setting.

Barrel House focuses on letting the ingredients shine. To this end, Barrel House supports local farmers and organic practices due to their amazing quality as well as being harvested at their peak of ripeness.

Barrel House will feature barrel aged and classic cocktails. Its wine menu highlights California winemakers. Barrel House will have rotating local micro brews on tap as well as wines on tap. Additionally, we will be hand crafting our own sodas with seasonal fruits.
Barrel House features furniture and woodwork that was handcrafted using reclaimed black walnut and curly maple trees. Every seat in the Barrel House has sweeping views of the Bay and an outdoor deck that sits right over the water.

I wish I knew the waitress’s name. She made the evening. So efficient so pleasant but not in an unctuous way. What a hard worker. Incredible. The food was good. We had the house flatbread which was savory and flavorful without being too heavy on toppings. The calamari was absent of seasoning—forgot to slay and pepper prior to breading and frying for sure-but the sauces and lemon helped. The Brussel sprouts yummy crispy the filet very good and very small-the bernaise a bit gloppy-the scallops were stellar cooked perfectly. Cheesecake and carrot cake. Not too sweet, fresh and yummy. But the server. A+. Hustled in an efficient way. Mindful and pleasant.

Service was great. Our waiter was efficient, friendly and made great suggestions. Food was great, great presentation and timely. The views are incredible, fun vibe inside, great bar.

Although it was a rainy evening, it seemed cozy and welcoming inside. The waitress was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our meal choices. We encourage more Oregon Pinot Noirs on the wine list, and half bottles.

The service was fantastic! I could go on and on about how excellent our waitress, Tatiana, was, and how fast and professional the other staff were! They worked really well together and it was as pleasure to see. The views were great! The food was okay. It lacked seasoning, so it was pretty meh and bland, although beautifully presented and cooked well. For example, my braised short ribs were ABSOLUTELY tender, but there was hardly a particle of salt in them, so the flavor of the meat was absent. (The sweet potato fries were spot on though!)
