   Overall great first time experience. Staff was attentive and accommodating. The live music was a great addition to the space making it feel intimate and upscale. Great cocktails, great meals!

   Went with friends for a Friday evening dinner. The ambiance was outstanding as was the live jazz music. Our server Fabio was charming and obviously cared about the service he was giving. Some of the dishes we had were outstanding (,crab cake and the lamb). Others were just ok. I had the beef wellington which was cooked to medium well and lacked seasoning, and the cabernet sauce was very one note. My server offered a different dish, but as we were half way done with our entrees, I did not want to make the other members of our party walt for me. The apple crumble was delish, but the creme brulee cake was meh. Overall, a nice experience, but for over 350 per couple, I want the food to wow me.

   This was the first visit to this establishment. We love jazz music so we thought it would be a nice place to dine. The entire experience was great from start to finish. The decor, service, food, and music & dessert were all amazing. Loved the meatballs!! It was our anniversary and we were very pleased with everything. We will absolutely be going back soon.

   The food, service and ambiance were very good but I had one issue: the waiter told us that we had to leave by 8pm as they had people waiting. We arrived at about 6:30pm so an hour and a half for a 3 course dinner was not enough time. Not a way to get repeat business.

   Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in! The hostess was so sweet and apologized for a slight wait which was fine. My fiance and I enjoyed a drink at the bar (the bartender made an unbelievably good margarita and martini!). Once seated, our waiter was so attentive. The food was top notch. We were so full we had to take some home! The jazz band was incredible. We would have stayed for an after dinner drink, but we were just so full! We are really looking forward to returning to Barrotta's!

   Great effort. It's a treat to catch live music and the staff and servers were incredibly attentive. Now, onto the food- the menu felt a little disjointed to me. I really loved the amuse bouche (arancini with truffle). The starter choices seemed a little bit of a mish mosh. Is it Italian? is it Americana? I opted for the wedge. It was way overdressed- the iceberg coudn't hold up to the onslaught of dressing. For the main I opted for beef wellington- an old school classic that matched the Sinatra-Rat Pack vibes. It was good, but not great. The puff pastry wasn't as crisp as I'd like it to be- I'd give it an A-. The mains are completely a la carte. We ordered all the extra sides- Brussel Sprouts were very good (although a smaller grate of the cheese would have been more appropriate) and the truffle fries were good but- they're everywhere and would love to see something new- hand cut steak fries would be super old-school classic. My friends said the crab cakes were outrageous and the chicken cordon bleu was dry. I'd likely go back for a particular performance moreso the food- but it was a lot of fun and chic.
