Owner and chef Bernard Althaus brings lifelong cooking experience and a family tradition of restaurant proprietorship from his native Switzerland to the dishes he creates daily from scratch. The menu changes regularly, and specials are featured according to season and what's available at the local farmer's market. Typical menu items may include appetizers like viande sechee "bundnerfleish," or Swiss-style air-dried beef; entrees like coq au vin, steak au poivre and seafood risotto; and desserts such as caramelized pecan walnut chocolate tart.
