Colombia invites itself to the summit of the Alps for the 3rd season. Bazurto, the Colombian sensation signed Juan Arbelaez and Eleni Group, returns to Tignes for a third winter season. Continuing to rock the streets of Saint-Germain-des-Prés with its explosive cuisine and over-the-top DJ sets, Bazurto is once again warming up the snowy slopes of Tignes, nestled in the heart of the Montagnettes Group's premium YNYCIO establishment.

Juan Arbelaez and his team bring a unique touch to local cuisine. On the menu: empanadas, tacos, croquetas, and of course, the unmissable braised sharing dishes. For fans of Savoyard traditions, Bazurto revisits the great classics: traditional fondue for the purists, or mezcal flambé for the more daring - with Iberian charcuterie for a caliente twist. Between shared dishes and explosive cocktails, Colombia meets Savoie in a warm, festive atmosphere.
